  • Respect & Safety:
    We do not support or participate in any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive ideas. Always discuss your concept with the photographer or videographer beforehand.

    Location Fees & Permits:
    Clients are responsible for any required entry fees or permits. We’ll inform you of potential costs during planning.

    Communication:
    Timely, clear communication is key. Delays or lack of response may affect your shoot’s outcome.

    Travel:
    Travel within a reasonable range is included. Long-distance travel may incur extra fees.

    Creative Direction:
    We welcome your input, but final creative decisions rest with the photographer or videographer ensure a polished result.

    Booking:
    Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable initial payment or a refundable payment if payment is made in full pre-booking. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made [X number] days in advance to avoid fees.
