SECTION 1 - IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PLANNING

• Be Cautious & Courteous:

  Our team will NOT condone, partake, or promote suggestions or ideas that include but are not limited to acts of illegal or dangerous risks that could result in bodily harm, acts that would result in criminal prosecution, or acts that are likely to cause public disturbances.

  Discuss your ideas with your photographer beforehand.

• Location Fees & Permits:

  Any entry fees, permits, or permissions required for chosen photoshoot locations are the sole responsibility of the client. We will inform you of potential costs during the planning phase.

• Communication:

  Effective communication is crucial for a successful photoshoot. Consistent and timely communication from the client is expected throughout the planning and execution process. Delays or lack of communication may impact the final product.

• Travel Distance:

  Travel within a reasonable radius of our scheduled location is included. Significant travel distances requested by the client may incur additional fees.

• Creative Direction:

  While we collaborate closely with you, the photographer makes the final creative decisions regarding composition, styling, and post-processing to ensure a cohesive and professional final product. We welcome your input and inspiration (e.g., movie scenes and album covers) and will strive to incorporate them where possible.

• Booking Confirmation:

  Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within [Number] days of the scheduled shoot to avoid penalty fees.

• Conflicts:

  If a conflict arises under the circumstances deems service satisfactory, do not cry or complain. We should discuss and find solutions together so that everyone is happy.

SECTION 2 - HOW TO BOOK

1. Review our calendar to find a team member abroad for your destination photography services. If the date is blocked on the calendar, we are booked and you will have to select a new date.

2. However, our team is open to performing services and discussing private travel services outside our schedule. Payment for private services can vary and should be discussed with your photographer of choice.

   PERSONALIZED COURTESY ITINERARY

Seeking Worlds will provide each client with a thoughtfully curated personalized travel itinerary after booking for service is confirmed as a courtesy to our clients for choosing and trusting our company at no additional costs.

• Our travel itineraries are not meant to replace our client’s pre-established itinerary or be thought of as an AI-generated “generic” itinerary template.

• The itineraries are handcrafted by an experienced team member, incorporating personalized interests from the service consultation and unique tips and tricks that our clients wish to know before arrival or instructions to a well-known but gatekept spot. The use of our itineraries is at your discretion.

  Please do provide us feedback on whether our itineraries were helpful during your journey so we can further improve our abilities to provide you with the best experiences.

No one likes rules, and neither do we. However, issues from our past experiences has led us to establish them.
