
CANCELLATION POLICY

Although we mention a non-refundable payment, at Seeking Worlds, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
More than 15 days prior to the scheduled shoot date: You may cancel your booking and receive a refund of 75% of your booking fee. We retain 25% for processing and handling.
Within 15 days of the scheduled shoot date (once plans reservations are confirmed, meaning: (1) date, (2) time, AND (3) location - You may cancel and receive a 50% refund of your booking fee. We retain 50% for processing and handling.
Within 7 days of the scheduled shoot date: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Payment Refund Policy:
Your booking with Seeking Worlds requires an initial payment to secure your chosen date, time, and location. This initial first payment is applied towards your total booking fee. The following refund policy pertains specifically to your first payment, based on the timing of your cancellation:
More than 15 days before the scheduled shoot date: You are eligible for a refund of 75% of your initial payment. We retain 25% for processing and handling.
Within 15 days of the scheduled shoot date (once date, time, and location are confirmed): You are eligible for a refund of 50% of your initial payment. We retain 50% for processing and handling.
Within 7 days of the scheduled session date. No refunds will be issued.
Full Pre-Payment Cancellation Policy:
If the full booking fee is paid in advance, clients are entitled to a full refund or cancellation up to one (1) day prior to their reserved date. Please note that this policy applies specifically when the entire booking fee has been paid upfront. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued.

We do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the the event, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the new date. If there is no availability to reschedule, clients may have the option to keep the old date or cancel. If cancel is selected the policy above applies accordingly.
If you reschedule your shoot at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, your first initial payment will be transferred to the new booking. If rescheduling is not possible and you choose to cancel, the initial refund policy outlined above will apply based on the original scheduled shoot date.

We are flexible. If you are running late to the meeting area, please send us your ETA either through WhatsApp: +1 (626) 743-1301 or Email: contact@seekingworlds.com. We would allow a 15-30 minute grace period for late arrivals, but unfortunately, if the time extends past 30 minutes, we would have to begin deducting session by the minute.
In the unlikely event that Seeking Worlds cancels your booking, we will refund 100% of the most current transaction.

All payment refunds will be processed within two (2) business days and returned to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If two (2) business days have passed and we have not initiated the return and/or the client has not received a refund.
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY at admin@seekingworlds.com so we can promptly help you process the refund. If the refund has been initiated and errors continue to persist, contact your bank right away to see what the issue is.
