Q: How do I book a session?
A: Our process is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly through a step-by-step guide.

  1. Inquiry: Share your vision via our reservation form on our Event Calendar page.

  2. Consultation: A short meeting is set up to align ideas of your desired narrative either by video chat or email.

  3. Contract: Terms to protect your journey and ours.

  4. Payment: A deposit secures your date; the balance is due before delivery.

Q: What are your rates?

A: We have four (4) different package options to choose from here. For additional questions or concerns about our packages, please feel free to email us at contact@seekingworlds.com

Q: Do you travel? Is there a fee for locations outside your area?

A:

  • No travel fees within the Los Angeles, California area or surrounding counties.

  • No travel fees within the area where our accommodations are located when we are abroad.

**Fees apply for distant destinations if your country is not listed as an anticipated event. Fees include tickets for travel and accommodation if a personal request for our travel is needed. We work flexibly to keep costs mindful and only charge the bare minimum so that we can provide our services to you.

Q: What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: To be on the safe side, we generally recommend at least three (3) months in advance. However, we are flexible, as long as there is an open slot on our calendar, we are open for a photoshoot booking.

For Weddings/Events:

Q: Do you offer engagement sessions?

A: Yes!

Q: How many hours are included in wedding packages?

A: Eight (8) hours total. Two (2) additional hours are included on top of our best package (Nomad), as a compliment for choosing us to preserve your special day.

Q: Do you work with a second shooter or assistant?

A: We do not unless it is necessary (i.e. weddings; documentaries)

Q: Can I request a specific shot list?

A: Of course! This is your shoot we are here to make your inspirations come to life!

For Portraits (Family, Newborn, etc.):

Q: What should I wear for my session?

A: If you require any assistance with outfit coordination we would be happy to assist, Our member’s experiences in the fashion industry would be perfect in these situations.

We also recommend going with earth-toned colors because coordinates with any environment.

Q: Can we shoot outdoors or in your studio?

A: Depending on our client’s book it can be done indoors or outdoors. Since we develop visual stories through the images we create with you, its much more effective in delivering those enhanced emotion that will come off your finalized photo.

Q: How do you handle uncooperative children or pets?

A: It depends how uncooperative but generally we have had no issues like that before that were beyond our capabilities in managing a smooth operation.

For Commercial/Branding:

Q: Do you offer licensing for the commercial use of photos?

A: Yes!

Q: Can you provide model release forms?

A: Yes!

Q:Do you retouch/edit photos? How many edits are included?

A: Yes we do! Please explore our packages on our events page for more information on prices and deliverables for the best option that suits you.

Q: What’s your photography style?
A: Dreamy; fairytale; cinematic film.

Q: Can I see a full gallery of a past session similar to what I need?

A: We have galleries all over our page! You can begin your search here on our gallery page.

Q: How long does it take to receive my photos?

A: No more than five (3) business days. If there are any delays we will refund you back $100 each day we are late.

Q: How will the photos be delivered?
A: Always with a USB or cloud storage link. We can offer album books if requested, additional charges may apply.

Q: Do you offer prints/albums? Can I order them later?

A: We can if requested, additional costs may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

A: We can take any form of acceptable payment such as; Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Visa, AMEX, or Mastercard, etc.

We are living in an era of tech and we can make it work.

Q: Is a deposit required to secure my date?

A: Generally it is required, but we want to provide our clients with the best possible experience so if there are any issues in providing a deposit, we could accommodate and try to work with your budget.

Pre-Shoot Preparation

Q: How should I prepare for the session?
A: We can discuss this in a meeting if you do not know but generally our client prefer to plan their outfit or let us in on the preferred outcome of the session.

If you do not know, we’d be happy to plan preparations for the session with you.

A: What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

A: We can wait it out and see how it goes, but the reality is we have no control over the weather. We will still perform our services rain or shine, but the real question is, are you up for making your shoot a little more interesting?

Q: Do you offer hair/makeup artist recommendations?

A: We can recommend Someone from our network but we do not offer hair and makeup. That will have to be done at your convenience. Although we offer services through our network, we cannot vouch for any prices or discounts, since we are not close. We are acquaintances that we met and wanted to stay in touch because we were impressed by the quality of their work.

Post-Shoot Concerns

Q: Can I request additional edits or revisions?

A: We’ll work with you to ensure you receive our best support. Just let us know!

Q: How long are my photos archived/stored?

A: Not very long. If you do not consent to the release of your photos on our site then possibly a month, in case the photos get lost on your end, we can still provide them to you at no additional costs.

Q: Do you share sneak peeks on social media? Can I opt out?

A: Before we share we ask all our clients to sign a consent form for the release of photos and videos for marketing and ads. If you do not consent, then we DO NOT post them on a public site, EVER. It will only be added to a private album that we’ll link you.

We will not be offended if you do not consent, we understand if you do not wish to be seen.

A: Over a decade 10+ years.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Of course! If a specific type of insurance or permit/license is required, we can get it with no problems, even if it is hard to obtain, we can pull some strings.

Q: Do you have a portfolio of your best work?

Q: I’m awkward in front of the camera—how do you help with that?

A: Don’t worry, we all do. We just happened to get use to it, but we do get awkward every now and then. We have your back and will guide you so your poses with flow like streams of water.

Q: Do you give posing guidance?

A: Absolutely—

  • We’ll suggest subtle shifts (e.g., “Walk toward that mountain vista, and let the wind guide you”) to evoke emotion, not stiffness.

  • For portraits, we focus on interactions (e.g., whispering a joke to your partner, gazing at a sunset) that feel true to your narrative.

  • We’ll highlight your best angles without you realizing it, ensuring you feel empowered, not posed.
