SEEKING WORLDS RULES, REGULATIONS, & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

I.                    IMPORTANT NOTICE

Be Cautious & Courteous

Our team will NOT condone, partake in, or promote suggestions or ideas that include but are not limited to acts of illegal or dangerous risks that could result in bodily harm, acts that would result in criminal prosecution, or acts that are likely to cause public disturbances. Discuss your ideas with your service personnel beforehand.

Location Fees & Permits

Any entry fees, permits, or permissions required for chosen photoshoot locations are the sole responsibility of the Client(s). We will inform you of potential costs during the planning phase.

RAW Files Policy

RAW, unedited files are proprietary work product and are not included in any standard package. They represent incomplete work and are retained by Seeking Worlds as part of our creative process. RAW files are available as an add-on for an additional 50% of the package cost if requested and paid for prior to the shoot date. This policy applies uniformly to all clients without exception.

Communication

Effective communication is crucial for a successful photoshoot. Consistent and timely communication from the Client(s) is expected throughout the planning and execution process. Delays or lack of communication may cause impact on the final product.

Travel/Mileage Fee

Travel within a reasonable radius of our scheduled location is included. Travel beyond 15 miles of Los Angeles County will incur additional fees of $3.33/mile.

Creative Direction

While we collaborate closely with you, you hired us to make the final creative decisions regarding composition, styling, and post-processing to ensure a cohesive and professional final product. We welcome your input and inspiration (e.g., movie scenes or album covers) and will strive to incorporate them where possible.

II.                  BOOKING

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within seven (7) days of the scheduled shoot to avoid penalty fees.

Our team is open to performing services and discussing private travel services outside our schedule. Payment for private services can vary and should be discussed with your service agent.

III.                 ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets forth the rules and guidelines for the use of the Seeking Worlds website www.seekingworlds.com ("website"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our website.

Acceptable Use

(a)    Lawful Use: You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy.

(b)    Personal Use: Our website is intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not use our website for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

(c)     Respectful Communication: You must communicate respectfully with other users and refrain from using offensive, abusive, or defamatory language.

(d)    Content Contribution: When contributing content to our website, you must ensure that it is accurate, relevant, and not misleading or deceptive.

Unacceptable Use

You agree not to use our website in any way that:

(a)    Violates Laws and Regulations: Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

(b)    Infringes on Rights: Infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

(c)     Harms Others: Harms or attempts to harm minors in any way.

(d)    Distributes Malware: Involves the transmission of any malicious or harmful software, including viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or spyware.

(e)    Spamming: Engages in spamming, including sending unsolicited emails or messages.

(f)      Interferes with Operations: Disrupts or interferes with the operation of our website or servers, including through the use of excessive bandwidth, denial-of-service attacks, or other disruptive activities.

(g)    Gains Unauthorized Access: Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, server, or data, including through hacking or password mining.

User-Generated Content

(a)    Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit to our website. However, by submitting content, you grant Seeking Worlds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

(b)    Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit to our website. You must ensure that your content complies with this Policy and does not violate any laws or rights of others.

Enforcement

(a)    Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor the use of our website to ensure compliance with this Policy.

(b)    Violations: We may take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to our website, if we determine that a user has violated this Policy.

(c)     Reporting: If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to us at legal@seekingworlds.com.
